Society and our Family system in Pakistan shapes career choices of women and hence due to percieved difficulty level or the stereotype that these roles are for Men only, resulted in less female graduates of STEM education. To resolve this awarness campaigns should be initited to give the clear picture that there are roles for the women in STEM. Secondly with the collaboration of academia and organizations, there should be an introductory course for aspirant females regarding such industries where their contribution is highly required. QUOTA FOR female employmemts should be mandatory in all organizations, be it purely govt or autonomous bodies. 

2) Coming towards Workplace harrasement commetti and the related training.one participant rightly said that now women knoe what is harrasement , but why our focus is on any potential victim only, we should now shift our focus to the potential abusers or general awarness against the gender roles. Moreover it should be mandatory for all the chiefs to get trained to deal such matters. Because the people in the leadership always recomend such trainings for middle mgt only.. Why? Once problem arise, and that middle mgt bring these matters to leadership, what is the result? Leadership is unable to comprehend and deal such matters as the way they should be catered without their biasis. 

3) In terms of any facility provided to females, be it Day Care, Flexible working etc,  their male colleagues judge them on this that they are getting favors from bosses and these facilities are so called "Ehasan"  of management on them. Which is highly unethical and inhuman to put the female staff under pressure ,especially damaging their mental health. Irrespective of the fact that female complete work on time or well before time to earn that but in response what they hear is is damaging. 

4) the planning commission should designate an inspection team which should visit the ministeries and allied departments on bi annual basis to verify the operational sitiation of recommended initiatives and prepare report. This will also foster the implementation and compliance. 

5) Day care facility standard should be defined. They must hire a professional and educated Day care  caretaker who can engage kids not just feeding amd cleaning them. Because currently in most of the day cares , they have hired Maids which is not suitable for kids because they need someone who can let them learn new thinhs and basic education. Otherwise it will interfere with the kids grooming and their peraonality development. Basic facilities shoulf be there, dedicated toilet for kids, furniture , microwave, mini fridge, such items should be there. 

Maids should be there to manage the feeding and cleaning. 

6)  flexi work opetion should be given to a mothers, 

7) 6 days a week routine is difficult for females amd males too. But there is a higher pressure on females, as majorly household responsibility on them. There should be a mamdayory guideline for employers to facilitate working mothers, especialy with the ones having kids of age 0 to 5 years.
