         <description><![CDATA[<p>provides significant benefits by allowing individuals to identify areas for improvement, understanding their strengths and actively engaging in their learning journey. Kolbs learning cycle enables reflection using concrete evidence. Kolbs learning cycle is having an experience, reflecting on the experience, learning from the experience and trying something different from your reflection process. What happened? Allows trainees to think about what happened. What went well? Acknowledging their success’s. If you disagree with them prompt them to reconsider. What didnt go as well as youd have liked? Reflect on what didnt go so well, encourage trainee to answer honestly as these are the most valuable lessons. Dont limit to 3 things as all lessons are valuable. What would you do next time? This allows mental rehearsal to ensure mistakes are rectified. Trainee to state exactly how they are going to ensure success for every part of the task that was mentioned in what didnt go so well.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
