It represents the Jamaican National Dish that i grew up on for breakfast which represent the Arawak or Maroon Tribe. It represents my Tribal culture. Ackee and Saltfish can be cooked with anything and still taste good. Becuase, I grow eating this food and the good times I remember there was fried chicken involved. I guess it brings the family together when it extra crunchy and good and im talking about that bushes chicken.
