3. This is to follow the 6th Commandment, "Thou shall not kill". More than "killing", I take this commandment to have the meaning that we should not doing anything that harms others and our society, hence bringing stability and peace to our society.

When you follow social distancing regulations, you are basically protecting yourself, and your friends and family from injury and disease, as it lowers the risk of you being getting COVID.     It is to be noted that the lack of participation in terrorist activities does not excuse an individual from being guilty of the offense, the national security law has made it very strict in such a way that the possession of knowledge of such happens also causes one to be guilty of the offense. And hence the government urges citizens to stay vigilant of any potential terrorist activities that may stem from local communities.

    Now we can draw easy conclusion that the 5th commandment, thou shalt not kill, has this relationship with the prevention of terrorist activity.
