The owner accept me to help him at his restaurant instead doing my SIEP. Cik Kadran; the owner of the restaurant asked his assistant named Kak Ayu to train me do my work. For the first day, they asked me to observe the works that they do every single second in their business which is food and beverages. Main menu in his restaurant is Roti Canai and he also sells Mi Goreng, Bihun Goreng, Nasi Lemak, Soto, Mee Rebus and many types of drinks. Today I came at 8 o’clock but I had been asked to come his restaurant at 7am for the next day.

I also raise the dirty dishes on the table then I washed it. All the day I do that work until the time end. Usually, our work start at 7am  until 12pm because this restaurant only served the breakfast for the customers.

Fortunately, today there were only few customers because today was a working day. Alhamdulillah for that thing because I was very nervous to take the orders. Third day, I do these works patiently and Kak Ayu always help me to be a good worker. So, today I learned how to take order without write down on the paper.

All the things that customers order I will send it to them. The hard time when do this work was sent the Soto because it has a lot of kuah and it was very hot. Over all, I had a lot of fun doing my work here because Kak Ayu always companied me when I faced the hard time. Ok, see you tomorrow.

So, I could do my work without assist from Kak Ayu and Cik Kadran but sometimes I asked them if I could not doing something. As usual, I washed the dishes, prepared the order and sometimes me and Kak Ayu take turn to take orders. So, many things I learned from doing this job. Ok then, I do my work until done.

So, from today I will take orders, prepare the order and washing the dishes. All the day we are doing the same work, but when we were in weekdays we have to work hard because there will more customers come to this restaurant. After we settled our work, we will clean up the restaurant everyday.

But, I help Cik Kadran bought the stuffs for making the Soto and Mi Rebus because today many customers ordered these menu. Then, as usual we will clean up the dishes and the restaurant before we close it.

They bought the breakfast and brought them to workplace. The delicious breakfast make all the customers love it. Then, we are doing our work as usual.

For sure the customers came to this restaurant to take their breakfast and enjoy it. Today was the day that the restaurant will full with the customers. Usually, Cik Kadran will make the roti canai 15 kg and above because he believed that the customers will order the delicious and important menu. We will treat them patiently eventhough we were tired.

Today is the hard day for me because it will make me crying for sure. So, I work hard today for reply Cik Kadran’s kindness for accepting me here. They also thanked me because could help them during my SIEP. Lastly, I had a lot of experiences and memories here.
