During the eight years that Joe Biden served as vice president, he and his wife Jill earned about $3.1 million, according to a Forbes analysis of their tax returns.


Half of that came from Biden’s salary as vice president. He earned an average of $225,000 each year. His wife Jill made an average of $83,000 a year as an English professor at Northern Virginia Community College, located in suburban D.C.
