         <description><![CDATA[<div>Some of the differences would be that the leaders were different. The church had a Pope, who's main goal was to spread religion. The Feudal hierarchy had a king as their leader, who was based more of work and having power over each other. Both of the hierarchies have a leader figure. The church also doesn't mistreat the lower ranks, like the feudal hierarchy does. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of the largest differences between the two is that the feudal hierarchy consists of many different levels that are all trying to gain power; the object of life is to get as high as you can in life. In the church, it is more cooperative and the different levels work together. A similarity might be that both hierarchies have rankings, each rank has a certain duty and important jobs.   </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Similarities:<br>Both Hierarchies&nbsp;<br>The Church Hierarchy had a Pope on the top of society and the Feudal Hierarchy had a king on the top of society<br>Both had nobles, who had similar roles in society<br>Serfs in Feudal Hierarchies were on the bottom of society, and they were slaves to their lord for land. Nuns and Monks in Feudal Hierarchies couldn't be part of the Clergy, so they weren't aloud to learn how to read and write.<br>Differences:<br>Church Hierarchies were preventing war, and had no one preparing for war. Feudal Hierarchies were provoking and preparing for war, by raising Knights.<br>The kings of Feudal Hierarchies were born into being king, while in Church Hierarchies, Pope's were elected by the Cardinal's.<br>Serfs had barely any freedoms, and were basically slaves, while Monks and Nuns had some freedoms and could sometimes own land.</div>]]></description>

In the church hiearchy people are more free, and could choose to be in it, and are not at the bottom where they are forced to do hard work to earn next to nothing.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

In the church the pope is not the only one who controls, other people can ask him to do things. The king has complete control much more than the Pope does he can make executive decision. The king owned all of the land in the feudal system but in the church system they would have to wait until someone died to claim more land.<br>Similarity: They both have one single person at the top who is a 'ruler'. They both wanted to obtain as much land as possible. They both had similar goals.</div>]]></description>

In the feudal hierarchy they couldn't really be anything.<br>- When you die in the church hierarchy, all your things and money.&nbsp;<br>- There roles are different<br>- There views are different the Feudal Hierarchy is based on money, wealth, and land. While the church hierarchy is mostly based on power.<br>- There are more levels on the church hierarchy then the Feudal Hierarchy<br>- In the church hierarchy everyone was valued.
