         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that it depends on the age. In younger grades such as K-2, it may be considered more of a toy or reward, because when students are younger it is more difficult for them to understand how to complete work on their computer. However, the older they get, it can be used as more of a tool. </div>]]></description>
