So much information to parse through and very high expectations of what to complete in a year. Would have been better to set simple goals in the year of COVID. 1 - establish your team, 2 - disseminate information or readings for growth/learning 3 - do an activity.

Then open the 21-21 SY with another activity and then the signing of the pledge because people will know what it is about.

This year, meetings took a pause because of the information overload and the return to school procedures.
