The plant grows with care and dedication from the botanist, just as our students grow from the care and dedication we give them. The leaves capture the rays of the real world and the chlorophyll feeds the plant activities and lessons that help it stay strong. Now I know won't become an expert (full grown plant) until I've completed the endorsement and start to implement what I learn in classrooms with several gifted students, but I've definitely started blooming in knowledge.
