In addition, players from a neighborhood called Vila Romana come to our neighborhood to train for championships. That’s because our neighborhood use to be very dangerous, but then a drug dealer from Vila Romana murdered the person “In charge” of our neighborhood. Now the people from Vila Romana sell drugs here and they kind of stole our soccer field. 

 

Since I know everyone here, I’m not afraid to live here. People are very easy to deal with if you try to get to know them.

 

Something that I love about living here its the fact that its next to my Family and we have a lot of green area that i can take my dogs for a walk. But I hate the amount of churches that are here. Especially the one that is next to my house because the singers are terrible.

You won’t need to use a car very often, you can go walking to the supermarket, bank and pharmacy. Also there are a good range of shops like clothes stores and shoe stores, but the place is kind of limited to the parks to go relax or do some physical activity. The neighborhood has easy access to public transportation, in some minutes you can go to the center or to the University.

The residents are welcoming, it’s difficult to see someone unfriend here, because most of the residents are elderly people that like to talk. There are a lot of kids in the streets, but they are kind too.

The prices to rent the houses are reasonable for this area. If you have interest, there are some houses for sale too. I’m sure you’ll like it here.

The most of the houses are big and built some decades ago, like my own, the price of them are usually high, but you can find some for a better price or rent. The residentes are welcoming but very private. Now days, because of the pandemic, it‘s hard to find people walking by, so it’s harder to meet them. 

The only problem here is the public transportation, you can find bus stop easily but only to lines passa round. 

As a resident of the region, I can say that it’s a place that has undergone many changes and a region that has grown absurdly. Many people are prejudiced about the northern area, but they certainly don’t know its wealth.

In the past, my region was seen as a place not to be visited, because there was always bad news like some crime committed in the newspapers. but today, make sure that this scenario has changed and only tends to improve.

The 5 neighborhoods have a variety of types of people, from children to the elderly. It’s a region of diverse personalities and with a very rich history.  So, come to know our region and take the opportunity to eat a pastry at the street fair on Sunday morning 

My neighborhood is kinda far from downtown, it’s called Jardim San Fernando and it is located in the east of the city, just below the Airport and “Tiro de Guerra”. My neighborhood is typically residencial, but we have some points of local shops, restaurants, bakeries, gym and markets. Other points of interest of San Fernando are the industries, it has a big area where have furniture industry, marble, wire industry and even industry for civil construction. Despite these points, the region is quiet, the only noise is from the airport, but after years living here, I don't even pay attention to the noise. 

In short it is a very quiet neighborhood, wooded and very close to arthur thomas park, which is an area of ​​environmental preservation remnant of the forest existing at the beginning of the colonization of Londrina. So, since I was a child I saw many wild animals entering my friends' houses, like monkeys hahahha. 

Another point is that San Fernando is an important entrance for the Limoeiro, which is a rural area with attractions such as gastronomy, trade in natural products and a leisure area, Limoeiro is a place that I have countless memories with my family in ranches and restaurants.

Unfortunately, for being away from downtown, the neighborhood doesn’t have all the infrastructure yet, such as internet difficulties, but the neighborhood is within the mobility plan of the “Arco Leste”,which will bring benefits related to urban mobility in the region.

Finally San Fernando is a good place to live, calm and all my family live in the east region of Londrina, so I have a lot of extremely happiest memories here.

In the late afternoon, neighbors usually go out to talk to each other, but aren’t all, some are quiet and unfriendly. However the positive aspects outweigh the negative ones.

In the morning you can hear the sound of the leaves of the trees and the birds singing, but this same silence doesn't happen during the afternoon when some dogs go for a walk and all the other dogs start to bark together. There is also the problem of public transport, buses don’ t pass very often.

There’re plenty of supermarkets, medical services, pharmacies, as well as being a safe place. The ‘Park Waldemar Hauer B seems to be a good place to dwell and live.

One important aspect is that the only way to order a pizza or to do the shopping is by using the smartphone’s caller. There are no apps to help you out. 

The residents - whether who live here or only stay for a few days – are quite welcoming, albeit it is not usual to see people often. People care for each other here, and they like to get to know the newcomers, no technology need. In the residents’ opinion, maybe that aspect is what makes the neighborhood so elegant.
