photographer: Arturas Kerdokas
location: East Sussex. United Kingdom
Geomorphic Process: The cliffs are made from chalk, a soft white, very finely grained pure limestone. They're formed from the skeletal remains of minute planktonic green algae that lived floating in the upper levels of the ocean.
Why visit It: it's a nice relaxing place to visit either to go for a walk or a bike ride with your family or by yourself. you are also able to have a fun day out with your family or maybe have a relaxing picnic.

Photographer: Iurie Belegurschi
location: Vatnajokull southeast iceland
Geomorphic Process: ice caves are formed by a combination of surface meltwater drainage and subglacial flows caused by geothermal warmth. Warm water flows or hydrothermal rivers will also, sometimes, cause ice caves to form.
Why Visit It: the ice caves are beautiful to go on a tour inside with the right safety gear and it is amazing to go see them before they disappear until the next when it snows.
