As the president, my role was to help coordinate the activity and participate in the cleaning process together with the other members. I assisted in organizing the tasks and made sure the activity ran smoothly. The project was completed within the planned time, and the experience helped me understand the importance of cooperation, responsibility, and leadership in a group setting. Last but not least, thank you to everyone that participated I truly appreciate it.

PPD 1041. I’m one of the member of the AJK pelaksana. During this volunteerism project, I was responsible for cleaning the store. I cleaned the store with Ling, Yuxin and Jutish. We cleaned the store by using feather duster to wipe away the dust on the surface of the object. Moreover, we tidied up the items and put them neatly. For instance, the projector, printer and A4 paper. When doing these work, I learned teamwork helps us to complete our tasks more easily and effectively. I enjoyed this activity and I feel satisfied after I cleaned up all the cabinet.

One of the most interesting discoveries during this project was how important teamwork are. As the media and publicity person, I realized that taking photos and videos is not just about capturing moments, but also about telling the story of the project. I also learned that I am more confident and proactive than I thought, especially when documenting activities and working with others.

The most challenging moment was trying to capture good photos and videos while the cleaning work was ongoing. Sometimes it was tiring and a bit messy, but I learned how to manage my time and stay focused on my role.

This project was successful because all of us worked together as a team, and everyone played their role well in completing the tasks given.

My task was cleaning the faculty store. I lifted the items out of the store so the area could be cleaned properly. After cleaning the store, we picked up the items and arranged them neatly back inside.

Overall, it was a fun and successful project, and I am happy to be part of it.

My task was cleaning the faculty pantry. I was cleaned the cabinet with Nurafifah, Meldieah and Jennifer. We also decide to throw something that can't be use anymore.

Overall, it was a fun and i want to say thank you to everyone for their cooperation on this project.

Me and Nurafifah was the first one to arrive at the faculty. As soon as I arrive, I took the Nasi Lemak madam booked for us from the FSKPM kiosk to the lower ground. I also helped madam carry drinks from her car. Since some people did not want to eat and drink, me and Meldieah carry the leftover foods and drinks to the pantry.

Although my main job is to handle the foods and drinks, but I also help the AJK Pelaksana with their job. I helped Nurafifah, Meldieah and Flora cleaned out the cabinet. After that, me with the help of Nurafifah took the water bottles from HEPA to our faculty. Madam drove us to there with two other students from different PPD1041 group. We have to go to level 3 to took the water bottles. Funny thing is, the four of us choose to use the stairs when we were going down from level 3 to the lower ground.

I contacted Hazrul to ask him if the caterer is ready to deliver the food since he was the one who communicate with the caterer. I felt so bad because he was supposed to enjoy his convocation day but he still have to think about the project. After comforming it with Hazrul, me, Jutish and Meldieah carry the foods and drink to the pantry. Then I distributed the foods and drinks to the other students.

I am very grateful because some of the students help me regarding the foods and drinks since I am the only AJK Makanan and Minuman that day. I realize that I won't be able to do everything alone and teamwork is one of the key to success.

During this volunteerism project, I was involved in cleaning the store. I helped to remove the items in store and wipe away dust of items.

When doing these work, I learned to work in team which helps us to complete our tasks more effectively. I enjoyed this volunteering project.

Some of the most interesting parts while working on this project is that we really did a good job and completed the task in less than 3 hours? And the most challenging part is as someone who has asthma and dust allergy, I try my best not to get near dusty areas and decided to help other members to arrange and organize stuff in the store area. Glad I survived the day without need to take my medication!

During this volunteerism project, I learned that teamwork are really important and I really enjoy this project! And to Madam, thank you so much treat us nasi lemak for breakfast!

Now that the project has ended, my first thoughts about the overall project are mostly positive. I feel happy and satisfied because I had a lot of fun throughout the project. I was able to meet many new people, get to know them better, and make new friends, which made the entire experience more enjoyable and meaningful for me.

The experience was positive because the job scope and tasks assigned to me were clear and manageable. Most of the tasks on the project day were quite easy to complete, and I was able to do my role smoothly without feeling too stressed. Overall, I did not have many negative experiences, as the teamwork and cooperation among members helped things run well.

One of the most interesting discoveries I made during this project was learning how important teamwork and communication are in ensuring a project runs smoothly. I discovered that I am more responsible and capable than I initially thought, especially when handling money and organizing expenses. I also learned that my teammates were supportive and cooperative, which made it easier to complete tasks together despite our different roles.

The most challenging moment for me was preparing the price list because I needed to search for suitable items and calculate the prices carefully according to what the logistics members requested. It was challenging because I had to wait for their replies to clearly understand the exact items they needed, which sometimes delayed my work and required extra patience and attention to detail.

One of my most powerful learning moments was managing and handling money for the project. This experience taught me how to be more organized, careful, and responsible when dealing with finances. It was meaningful because I realized that even small mistakes in calculation could affect the entire project, so accuracy and honesty are very important.

The most important thing I learned personally is how to take responsibility and work confidently as part of a team. This project helped me improve my communication skills, time management, and self-confidence. I also learned that contributing to a group effort can be both challenging and rewarding, especially when everyone works together toward a common goal.

I found myself getting out of my comfort zone, and I love to clean stuff. So, this project was literally for me, and a big achievement for me is that I managed to make new friends. Also, I can tell that the most challenging part was that we needed to carry all the heavy stuff on our own because we lacked manpower, but that did not matter because we successfully carried everything.

As an AJK pelaksana ,I needed to remove unnecessary stuff such as old electronic items, wipe all the dust, organize the items into their categories, and many more. This opened my eyes to the fact that cleaning all of this needs big effort with a big team. I felt less burdened when there were many people in my team because we were fast in cleaning, allowing us to go back to college earlier, hihi .

I would like to thank my team members for their great teamwork and support throughout the project. Everyone worked well together, which made the tasks easier and more enjoyable. From this volunteerism project, I learned the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and keeping a place organized. It was a meaningful experience, and I’m grateful to have been part of it.

The purpose of this activity was to encourage sustainable agricultural practices and raise environmental awareness. Through this experience, I gained valuable hands-on skills and learned the importance of teamwork, commitment, and active participation in community-based environmental programs.

After participated in this project, I feel that all of us are very actively and work efficiency. This shows that it's a positive processes. It remains me that we are having some fun in the process.

While working in this project, I'm quite interested with the process of paint the wall. When I try to paint it, some of the part will fall down and make it worst and worst. The most challanges

The things I learn about in this project is teamwork could make the process become more easy and efficiency. Beside that, the most important things i learnt about is good communicate are very important for the teamwork programs.

My role is to make sure everything run smoothly with no risks of accidents could happen. And if it was inevitable, im the one who responsible for their safety. My priority is to make sure that my team do their works safely without feeling of worry.

Other than that, im also engaging myself to help my teams to carry out the rubbish or stuffs that need to be cleared of and thrown away. Im also helping in cleaning the staircase.

My first thought of this project is that it could be such an interesting project and it is interesting. It is positive for me because this project helps me more to interact with my classmate rather than sitting in class. Most challenging for me is that i have to make sure my team safety whilst helping others too. The most important for me is that this kind of project is definitely help students to develop more volunteerism in themselves as it enjoyable and interactive.

First, my overall thoughts about this project are mostly positive. I felt satisfied and motivated seeing our team work together to make a difference, especially during the wall painting activity shown in the pictures.

Specifically, I enjoyed the hands-on experience of painting and working as a team. On the negative side, it was challenging to coordinate everyone’s schedules, but we managed to overcome it.

One interesting discovery I made was realizing how much teamwork and communication matter in completing tasks efficiently. I also learned that I can take initiative and work well under pressure, and I appreciated how my teammates supported each other throughout.

The most challenging moments were reaching high areas with the roller and making sure the paint covered evenly. It was physically demanding, but it taught me patience and careful attention to detail.

A powerful learning moment was seeing the completed walls after our efforts. It made me understand the satisfaction that comes from seeing a project through from start to finish and the importance of collaboration.

Finally, the most important thing I learned personally is that teamwork, preparation, and a positive attitude can make any project successful, no matter the challenges.

One of the most positive aspects was the teamwork involved. During the activity, I helped with scratching the wall, painting, and cleaning spilled paint. Although the work was physically demanding, I enjoyed it because we worked together and supported one another.

The most powerful learning moment was seeing the final result of the cleaned counseling room, which made me feel proud and motivated. The most important thing I learned personally is that teamwork and responsibility, even in simple tasks, can create a positive impact on others.

On December 10 2025, our group were having a volunteerism project which is held in our Faculty Cognitive Science and Human Development. I was involved in removing previous paint stains on the walls. It was very difficult to remove but I'm very happy to be able to work with my friends. Through this project, I was able to learn the importance of working together in doing the work or task given. Without cooperation in the group, the results will be unsatisfactory.
