Washing your hands with soap and water can clean your hands so no germs will be on them. Sneezing and coughing into your arm will cause no bacteria in the air or on you. It you are in public make sure you wash your hands after you do something because if you put your hands inside of your mouth it can cause you to get germs inside of your body. </div>]]></description>
