Action - using elements that are appealing for the Ss, such as: videos of TV series (if the Ss like watching series) or books from info that you know that will caught their attention.

Procedures - if I need to give a composition exercise, I think it would be great to use with elements that Ss would love to write about (a film's review or an album's review)

Attitude - Be respectful and understanding with Students' struggles (to improve their skills in English) is paramount to find a common ground between them to find motivation to study English without causing any trauma or hate towards the language itself
