         <description><![CDATA[<p><br/></p><p><strong>Examples of co-teaching:</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><p><strong><mark>One-teach, One Support: </mark></strong>One teacher is in charge of the classroom instruction, and the other walks the room for support (One Gen Ed teacher, one special Ed teacher, students know know there is a special ed teacher) </p></li><li><p><strong><mark>Parallel Teaching:</mark></strong> students are split into groups, one teacher does one half, and the other the rest</p></li><li><p><strong><mark>Station Teaching:</mark></strong> Teachers individually lead different stations.</p></li><li><p><strong><mark>Alternative Teaching</mark></strong>: the majority of the students work with one teacher, and the rest with another</p></li><li><p><strong><mark>Teach-Teaching (most effective)</mark></strong>: Two teachers are working together during instruction with equal content understanding and respect.</p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
