         <description><![CDATA[<p>Liver with Yuca is a typical Peruvian dish. It consists of beef liver, which is cooked in a juicy and flavorful way, usually accompanied by onion, garlic, and spices. The liver is served with yuca, a tuber similar to potato, which is either boiled or fried until it becomes soft or crispy, depending on the preparation.</p><p>It is an economical yet very tasty dish, combining the strong flavor of the liver with the smoothness and texture of the yuca. It is often served with a chili sauce, a traditional dressing, or creole sauce (a Peruvian sauce made with  onion, cilantro, chili, and lime).
