It always takes me hours to finish them, maybe even days, because I really try my very best to make it look perfect, down to the very last detail, which is what I do. Though it takes me so long, I really enjoy doing them.

It's somewhat hidden in a damp forest in Florida, so as you can imagine, it's very lush and green, which different compared to living in Phoenix. My friend from my old school gave me the first book before lockdown and it took me about a year to actually even start reading it, but when I did start, I got really interested. During the time that I was making up for my troubles in school, my parents bought me the whole series for me to read. I may or may not have my friends' book, which I plan to be the first thing I do when I go back to school, give it back to her (So I guess this would be a fourth goal).

Another Goal I want to accomplish is to start writing stories more. I've decided that I'm going to stick with short stories for now, because I never originally thought about how long writing an entire story takes.

I know I've repeated this on several other assignments, but that's because truly don't want to get behind again, especially in a few years when my grades will truly count.

My second goal is to try to schedule a time to go to my friends' house over the summer, because I haven't seen them since the start of the lockdown, two years ago.

In the first quarter of school, I did good in school for only a few weeks, then I started to care less about school and mess around on other things. When I reached the second quarter, I did the same exact thing. My parents thankfully caught on to my laziness and grounded me. I am very happy that they did this, because it helped me in my grades a lot afterwards, it also helped me get my first set of straight A's, ever. 

Though the start of this school year wasn't the best, it's has weirdly been my favorite.
