In so many ways, that is what is central to a school and an individual's learning. The more that we (the school) are able to support a child's wellbeing, the most we are able to help the child overcome obstacles that are obstructing the child's learning, whether that is SEL, academic, or other learning. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I observe that it's necessary to protect the time, space, and planning of successful advisory programs. I've also observed in the past that the 'buy in' from ALL advisors needs to be aligned, otherwise the program goals crumble over time. This can be protected with ensuring that all advisors have adequate PD and can share core values of the program, as well as have autonomy in the creation and implementation of the program, while still being aligned with the overarching goals of the program. </div>]]></description>
