In so many ways, that is what is central to a school and an individual's learning. I've also observed in the past that the 'buy in' from ALL advisors needs to be aligned, otherwise the program goals crumble over time. I connect with the goal of having each student develop their social and self-management skills to support overall growth and learning. Learning how to communicate and collaborate with all varying types of individuals in a class is critical for developing one’s personal and social-emotional skills and abilities.
