Drugs: The Green Party wants to legalize marijuana/hemp. Want to push for more drugs counseling and treatment. 

 Crime: The green party wants to do away with the death penalty. Focus more on preventing crimes instead of harsher sentences/punishments.

Civil Rights: The Green Party recognizes the rights of homosexuals. Confronts barriers such as racism and sexism. Respect of ethnic, racial, sexual, and spiritual diversity.

Abortion: The Green Party supports abortion and wants to offer abortion services to women at the poverty level. Women have full control over what they do with their bodies. Abortion covered under the national health care system.

In 2000 he claimed he could see no difference in republican candidate George W. Bush and democratic candidate Al Gore.
In the presidential elections he ran as the candidate for the Green Party.
