i have also started working with indesign. setting up the basics and creating the backgrounds to get a rough idea of how it would look. next i need to start writing up each piece testing it out and see how it works, checking for mistakes and checking for any errors. making sure i write them out on word so it is easier to check for spelling mistakes and keeping a word limit.

I wasn't able to upload my focus group onto the document because i didn't have a link for it. so i decided to do a screen grab of my padlet page and add the link underneath. Today i also filmed my vox plots, i asked a few of my mates and there mates, lewis, cliff, my mum and a few others. i think vox plots is a good resource of primary research because you are putting them on the spot, it's the same as a focus group but obviously a focus group is more descriptive because its more of a discussion than a questionable shoot out.

i managed to draft up 3 articles after getting a little bit of advice from my granddads wife who used to be a journalist. she told me that you have to let the words come to you, you cannot force them otherwise nothing is going to make sense. push all other problems to the back of your mind and distractions to the side and try to focus. the best thing to do is continue taking 5 mnutes break rather than starring at the screen waiting.
after i wrote up these drafts i re-read them over before asking lewis for advice as he used to be a journalist. he gave me a few tips on a few errors i had made.
