Be aware of those who have not been able to speak yet. Even ask whether anyone would like to speak, effectively opening a space for others to contribute.
2. Affirm others, not just through words but also through body language. Feel free to use zoom reactions, nod, smile, and even laugh when appropriate to make others feel comfortable.
3. Listen to what others say to make sure that the discussion is not disjointed but rather a continuous flow of ideas.
