📌Check the fryer settings: McChicken, McNugget, Deluxe, Fillet, Pie

📌Check fryer temperature: 182 c (360 F), warm up 45 minutes

📌Check stock levels and equipment - frozen patties, oil, skimmers, frying baskets.

📌Check the oil level to make sure the vat is filled to the line.

📌Put the basket into the fryer vat and activate the timer

- McChicken: 3 minutes 20 seconds

- McNugget: 3 Minutes 30 seconds

- McDeluxe: 9 minutes in open fryer

- Fillet: 3 minutes

- Pie: 6 minutes

📌All plates should be completely immersed in oil to ensure they are cooked evenly.

📌When the “remove” timer sounds, remove the basket from the oil and hang it on the fryer for 5-10 seconds to drain the oil.

📌Arrange the products into a 1/3 size UHC frying rack with a wire rack for patti

📌Fill ice: Fill ice into a cup. Use an ice scoop to avoid cross -contamination.

📌Preparation: fill the cup with the correct beverage as shown on the beverage preparation monitor.

📌“Landing Zone” beverage provider: Place the finished beverage in the correct Landing zone based on the register number.

 

Besides, McDonald Malaysia is usually open services for delivery. For our information, Malaysia was one of the first countries to have McDonald’s Delivery service available. It started way back in March 1994, when the delivery service was first launched. 

✅Check fryer setting: Fr Fries and check fryer fryer temperature: 168 c (335 f)

✅ Fill the frozen potatoes into the "hopper" and make sure the dispenser is set at the required volume level (Small, Medium, quality)
Place the basket filled with fries into the frying vat.

✅ Wait 30 seconds before inserting the next basket into the vat.

✅ When the timer sounds remove the basket from the oil and hang the basket on the fryer for 5-10 seconds to drain the oil.

✅ Pour the fries into a pile tray and place the salt on the potatoes immediately.
