After doing the pre reading activities, I let them read out aloud and I've learnt  during today's session that it is  completely wrong. Also I've once realized the importance of the feedback and I have to do it in a correct way.
2-Students like learning via games. For this reason beginning with "Reading race" can be good and motivated for them. "Line up" is a good activity to make them ready to start a reading activity. When the questions are related to the paragraph which we'll study, they'll be prepared before. J.F. Rowling lesson and KWL chart are also the other techniques I'll do with them.
3-I think monitoring and feedback are as important as doing it. While monitoring, teachers' position in the classroom also affects the students mood in the classroom. When they begin doing the activities, we can walk around, listen to each group, think of questions I could ask based on what I hear, etc.
According to me, feedback should be done immediately, not later and it is also important to listen carefully to what they are saying. If I don't care, they can lose their interest.

Also the students tend to criticise each other, so they'd like to write rude letters. (I must be the careful with the degree of their rudeness.)
"What's your favourite animal?" activity is the one I'd like to do it with my students since the young like these kinds of activities related to the technology.
2-In my opinion they'll be also interested in "What's your favourite animal?" activity even if it takes time and needs technology.

However, it depends on which grammatical part we'll teach. The students can find it enjoyable and didactic. It can cause a chaos in the class but they certainly learn when they try to do something well.
2-In a PDC meeting, I think "Apply&Develop" can be discussed because of adequate time, causing noise,etc. although it's creative and productive.
3-In my opinion, "Dolmuş" is the most effective one. It makes the students motivated,with joy they'll try to do their best and have fun. It looks like a race and they'll try to win.

The teachers in my area at high schools  usually ignore writing part. They think it's a waste of time. But in my opinion it's almost as important as the other parts. We can check students' knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, spelling of a word and idea as well. 
2-I think the greatest benefit of being in a PDC for English teachers in my local context is sharing ideas which we have learnt with our colleagues. I hope that they will feel refreshed after the meeting and they will try to do the activities with their students.
3-I can use networks to communicate trainers before and after PDC meetings. I can share the necessary documents with them and also they can send me some videos, pictures, etc. after implementing, so we can get in touch after the meetings.
4-I'd like to learn if it is a good idea to study formative assessment in the first meeting.

Dislikes: After years feeling excited, . adapting the activities into topic, having some difficulties with internet connection, etc
Developing: By searching for and reading the articles we can create our own activities and adpt them to the topic.
Also by sharing ideas, activities, difficulties, etc. we can do the best. 
I hope this is a good opportunity to improve ourselves.
