The short film makes me realize that everybody can be successful if they truly want it. What makes me feel touched is when the teacher dedicates her time just to make sure that her student succeeds too. This short film actually tells a story about a female student, who always gets bad marks on her test, and she feels so sad seeing her other friends get good marks. If you watch the video, you can see that she is leaving the class as soon as she gets the exam paper, and the teacher notices it. When the female student sits on the bench and starts to cry, the teacher comes and convinces her that she can succeed too. From that day on, they always meet and the teacher gives her full attention on the student. The teacher teaches her about what she doesn't know and tries to help her to do the best. She also gives strength to her student and reminds her that she will be able to achieve the success too. The female student looks different after that. She becomes more confident, more intelligent and she is absolutely happier than before. Now, she knows that she could do it just like the other students. Her achievement becomes better from day to day. This film teaches me that we must trust in ourselves that we can achieve and be what we want and the keys are diligence, hard work and trust. As we know that a student needs a teacher to be by his side, the same is for a child who needs his mother.

18/12 - THINGS THAT MAKE ME HAPPY

Everyone have their own reasons to be happy and it's just the same for me. I have something that can make me happy too. There are many things that make me happy, such as eating, sleeping, shopping, sightseeing, exercising, singing, diving, watching dramas and the others. A lot, right? Okay i want to share a few in detail why those things make me happy. First, about eating, i like to eat spicy, sour, and sweet foods. For example for spicy foods, i like to eat ramen, topokki, asam pedas, tomyam and laksa Penang. As for sour foods, i like to eat oranges, green apple, strawberry and mango. for sweet foods, i love to eat Cadbury, Van Houten, Beryls chocolate and Famous Amos cookies too. Second, i like to sleep because i can rest my mind from everything that i need to think especially when i have problems, or I'm offended by someone or when i feel so dizzy on that day. Whenever i'm sad or crying, i will sleep because it is an easy way to forget what has happened to me. Although it doesn't disappear completely from my mind, it can make me calm. Third, I love to go shopping because i can see many types of different things likes clothes, makeup, shoes, handbags and so on. I can choose anything that i like. Standard as women, we love to go shopping, because we like to see things that are beautiful, fancy, elegant and fantastic. the shops i admire the most is Calvin Kleith, Bath And Body Works perfumes and Vincci. Fourth, sightseeing. I truly love to stroll around many places. To be honest, i like to travel to interesting places. As usual, if i want to feel satisfied, i will make sure that the spot is the best spot ever. From the depth of my heart, i feel like travelling abroad because i want to feel something new, gain more knowledge and release my tension. Sometimes i feel so weird with myself, why do i need to travel far away from here just to sightsee eventhough i have a lot of fun places to go in Malaysia. I don't know why, but i hope i can get the answer one day. Maybe i have problems with my own self. If you want to know, i prefered to go to Macca, Korea and Australia when i was a child. Now, my age is going to turn 20. So i was dreaming of them for 12 years. Please pray so that i will be able to achieve my dreams soon, insyaallah. Next, i want to tell you that i like to exercise too. I like jogging, cycling, playing badminton, diving and riding a horse. Those exercises are absolutely fun and really awesome. They make my body stay strong and healthy and most importantly make me happy. I always do the activities on my leisure time, usually on Saturday and Sunday. However, I rarely ride a horse or dive but I still do them on weekend. I always make sure that i will be delighted, cheer up with what i do. What i'm thinking is, no more drowning in sadness. We must rise ourselves and just go on with our life and continue our journey because our lives are short, so we must take the chance and use it properly. For what do we need to let ourselves feel low because of negative circumstances when we can find reasons to be happy by focusing on positive things? It's a simple way to practise gratitude. Anyway, I don't want to talk too much. Lastly, i want to share about what I'm interested in the most and that is music. I truly fell in love with music since I was in kindergarten. I always sing because I love it. It will be more cheerful if I sing with the others, whether they are my friends, families or cousins. The funniest thing to me is, I cannot help but sing along to any music or song that I am listening to. The song i admire the most is "Starlight Tears" by Kim Yoo Kyung. Whatever song it is, i will like it hahahaha.

The saddest thing in my life

https://youtu.be/NT4fhh-flDY

It was a rainy day. I was getting ready to tidy up the workplace that morning. I received an unexpected call from my brother. You know what? It was a truly bad news. My father passed away. A confused mind, a wounded heart, tears flowing unconsciously. My brain still can't interpret, whether what my brother said was true or not. My heart was really shattered at that moment. It took about 5 to 10 minutes for me to understand and believe what I should believe. It made my head hurt like I was about to faint. I felt very sad, my heart was broken. Yes, it really hurt but I still needed to accept it because that was the destiny that had been set. At the first time I picked up the call I didn't cry but then I calmed down and started to think rationally. I finally understood what it meant. I never thought I would lose the person I love the most. I got a lot of messages from my siblings telling me to go home right away. That was because the distance between my workplace and home is quite far, taking about two and a half hours. For all I know, I didn't live with my family, I lived separately because I worked at a place where the shelter was provided. To cut a long story short, in the time I was crying while tidying up the workplace, other employees came. They were shocked to see my face red, my eyes were swollen because I didn't stop crying. Seeing me cry non-stop, they cried along with me. They tried to persuade me and give me advice so that I could stay strong. I didn't think anything of the time, I just knew I needed to go back right away. I went home by car and lrt.
On the way home, I couldn't stop my tears from flowing, I always remembered my father. In fact, I had planned to treat my father to a meal on Saturday since I got paid on October 3. I also had a video call with my dad two days before he died that was why I felt so heavy and hard to believe that he left all of a sudden.

What i likes and dislikes at home

There is no place like home, as the saying goes, but I guess it is just a matter of opinion. Nevertheless I am sure everybody has some likes and some dislikes associated with his or her home, the amounts varying between different persons.I have more likes than dislikes at home. When the weekends come I simply love getting up late in the morning instead of having to force myself to get up early to go to school on school days. Lying in bed on a Saturday morning and listening to the sparrows chirping is what I consider a pleasant change from the droning of teachers. Ah, it lifts my spirit up and makes the whole day feel good. Strange how the meaningless chirping can be more pleasant than the intelligible droning.Listening to the radio and watching the TV (good programmes that is) are what I like to do, especially during the weekends and holidays when more programmes are on the air. I particularly like sentimental music played not too loudly, but when my younger brother comes and put on a hard-rock song at full blast, I certainly dislike the offending din. It jars the ear I have read somewhere that loud music can cause deafness. I told my brother so, but he does not seem to hear. Maybe he is getting deaf already.
I like and dislike mealtimes. I like the food but I dislike the hassle of dining with my brothers and sisters. There are
too many of them crowding at the table at one time. It is not an easy task getting a fair share from three brothers and four sisters all whom seem to be perpetually hungry.
I like the time I spend playing games with my brothers and sisters. We have an endless variety of fun, much to the dismay of my overworked mother. However we compensate for our merry-making by giving her a helping hand in the household chores like washing dishes and sweeping the floor We usually go through the chores in double-quick time, but soon we have more chores to do because of the mess we leave behind everytime we have our games.
All in all, I would say that I like life at home because the companionship, fun and the joy of living that can only be derived from a group of youngsters who do not have a single care in life. Of course there are times when we have clashes sometimes bitter, but these occasions are rare and quickly forgotten. The likes are more abundant and memorable than the dislikes.

A visit to a doctor.

One morning as I got up and walked into the bathroom I felt my head spinning. I did not feel well at all. The water from the tap felt like ice. I knew then that I was coming down with a fever or something I returned to my bed and lay down. My body felt very hot and uncomfortable. My nose was blocked and every bone in my body seemed to be aching. Soon my mother came to look for me after realising that I still had not got up. It was a school day and I would be late if I still did not get up. One touch of her hand on my face told her that I was in no condition to go to school. I was running a high fever. Quickly she brought some medicine for me to take and a wet towel to put over my forehead. The medicine and wet towel brought some relief but it was obvious that I had to see a doctor. At nine o'clock my mother drove me to the doctor. I felt so terrible that I had to lie down on the back seat of the car.In the doctor's clinic we waited for about five minutes before I got to see the doctor. Fortunately we were one of the first ones there. Otherwise we would have to wait a long time A nurse ushered me onto a couch and pulled the screens.I lay down on the couch and waited as the doctor attended to other patients on other couches. After a couple of minutes he came to examine me.
I muttered some words in reply and then he proceeded to examine me. He put a thermometer under my tongue and then listened to my body with his stethoscope."You've got a fever. It looks like you are down with 'flu. I'll give you a jab. Better take a few days off from school. I'll write you a medical chit. A nurse came and told me to lie on my side. I felt her wipe the side of my hip with a wet cotton pad. I did not even see the hypodermic needle. All I felt was a slight sharp pain on my hip and the next thing I knew the doctor told that I could go home. He had given me the injection with me hardly being aware of it. He must have had a lot of experience in this sort of thing for he was a real expert.I thanked him and left his room. Outside my mother inquired anxiously what was wrong with me. She relaxed after I told her it was just a case of 'flu. We waited for a while for the nurse to get my medicine and medical chit. My mother paid for the medicine and we left for home.
