1. Online on wiseflow. Your camera must be on and you should have wiseflow lock installed on your computer. 
2. The exam structure is set out in 3 parts. Part 1 is closed questions, Part 2 small open questions (250 words) and Part 3 Large open questions (500 words). They are all equally important but part 3 would be the most important as it requires you to get 40% compared to the rest. Part 1 20 minutes, Part 2 30-40 minutes Part 3 at least and an hour and the remaining time checking over your work.

1) Lack in using social science terms, giving and explaining suitable examples, checking wordcount and not being able to paraphrase.

2)  Most of them are common -
- not writing in social science language 
- not using and demonstrating correct social science terms  
- not giving sufficient amount of suitable examples
- not explaining how the terms and examples link to the scenario 
- lack of paraphrasing and not writing within word limits

The only thing that is different is - students should use at least 6 social science terms in part II but in part III, 12 terms should be used.

3) These issue can be avoid by -
- making a list of terms and examples beforehand 
- always check the word limitations
