- It is very important for students to have a growth mindset because people (students) with a growth mindset embrace challenges in order to succed in their goals and achieve their goals as results.  
- Students with a growth mindset always accepting their failures and challenges as opportunities to grow, and they learn from their mistakes.
- They view either their "intelligence" or "unintelligence" as potential for a great accomplishment, so they never give up. 
- Even though they struggle greatly with their weakness in college, they have believe in themselves with hard work and a growth mindset.

For example, responsible risk starts at collage life and career, these are the two biggest responsible risk everyone have to go through. Taking responsible risk isn't simple, we have to sacrifice many object to be successful at taking responsible risk. Responsible risk we take at the collage will lead us to better career, for that we have to choose the right responsible risk that we are willing to take. In collage and career many responsible risk will be chasing us one after another, By taking responsible risk and achieving it will lead us to a better world. From that well master to take responsible risk at anytime. That's what collage and careers are preparing us to taking responsible risk, by that well be able to take responsible risk in our life, eventually well master in taking responsible risk.
Another reason, Before anyone takes a responsible risk we have to take a minute to ask our self are we capable of taking the responsible risk otherwise we could  end up with many responsible risk that we can't achieve. Finally, before taking responsible risk we need confidence and motive to take responsible risk. Motive can always push us to the goal. So before taking responsible risk make sure that we are in the state to achieving responsible risk.
