Cellphones are electronic devices for communication, but it also has its negative impacts such as being anti-social, death and loss of sleep. 1) Being on the cellphone 24/7 causes you to be antisocial even during social gatherings, it separates you from the real world. 2) Teens are most likely to respond to calls or text while driving, focusing on the screen infant of them rather then on the road. They call or text while driving without realising that it can cost them their own lives. 3) Being on the phone before going to bed can effect your sleeping schedule. Therefore, we should always limit the usage of cellphones. 

2. A few people must follow a certain occupation or obligation to family, so choosing a career path inlcudes many factors such as capabilities, qualifications or career goals. 1) First, we refer to capabilities which were developed in college. To some science, science becomes easier than arts. 2) The wise course is to consult with a career counselor who will not only explain which path you should go but discuss the students potential. 3) Career demands academic qualifications from a college or institution. However the student must complete the training from the outset. 

3. Studying a foreign language is very helpful in todays society, there are many benefits to studying a foreign language like understanding a language when going on vacation, go abroad for further studies and when going on career business. 1) when going on vacation, you would be able to ask locals if you gate lost. 2) you can also negotiate on prices when going on a shopping spree to get souvenirs more cheaper. 3) You'll also meet friendly locals !. All in all, studying a foreign language would be useful fro a long period of time.

There many styles of leadership but there are many characteristics of being a good leader such as excel on communication, showing commitment and know how to delegate. 1) It is essential for leader to be bale to communicate with their team mates. 2) A good leader must also make sure that everyone understand their roles when communicating 3) Great leaders are able to communicate in a way that others can engage with.
