I learnt that Adam thinks out of the box and is willing to try new things. Ilka is quite eager and observant, she handles situations calmly with a clear mind. Feihuan is experimental and is very task oriented, showing patience as well.

2. Communication is very important not only amongst people that you work with but also those who you can tap on. If there are areas where you can use a specific committee or role to help with the task, take initiative to reach out and use it or else it might be wasted. Be willing to try new options is also one thing that I’ve learnt as things might not happen the way you plan it to and you need to be detailed to find different ways to make the situation successful. When things go unplanned, it’s also important to have a calm and patient mind so as to not cloud thoughts with negativity. Zhiyu is very observant to the clues in the escape room and calm us down.
Jasmine was able to to look for clues and would solve the various challenges.
Ilhan was able to think and use the clues that were provided.
2. I have learnt how to not give up despite the challenges that were given to us as there will be a solution that allows us to find a way to solve it. I also understood the importance of teamwork as there were obstacles that we could not solve on our own and would require the assistance of another. 2. I can learn to take more risks and be more daring to try new things to make the school a better place, especially with the pandemic where many things are restricted. I also learnt to be more observant to small details rather than just focusing on the bigger picture and neglecting smaller details that may be as equally important as the main thing such as when planning projects or events; little things are also extremely important to make the programme flow smoothly. 2) Today I learnt how to look out for one another as well as observe and go through things again in case there may be some things I have overlooked. I will be able to apply these skills learnt to observe and check once again when handling logistics and operations which is to ensure all logistics are available and operations are running smoothly. This ensures that I will be able to get my task done efficiently.

I learn that Jia Wei is easily scared, especially by sudden loud noise, but when he's calm he can memorize the numbers and help us solve the puzzle. While Zhi Yu is observant and helpful, always encouraging us and tell us to calm down. Whereas Ilhan is creative and spot things that was hidden, and knows the abilities well that helped our game.

2. I learn that to never leave any teammates behind, and we can always look out for one another by giving words of encouragement and even lending our helping hands to other exco members . In addition, we should give people chance to voice out their opinions and listen to it. For all of our members, we were all very calm and collected when trying to solve the problems. We were task-oriented and did not break under pressure. We had very good teamwork and worked well together. We also communicated very well. Ilka was very enthusiastic and was the first to take risks. Zhiqian was able to keep us in check and was also very brave. Lastly, Fei Huan was very good in her tasks and problems that needed to be solved. 
2. I feel that all good projects and products are because of well-coordinated behind the scenes. Therefore, in my area of work which is publicity, special projects and welfare, I feel that we need to work well with one another like how we did today. Anxel and I are scared people at things like this but despite us being really afraid, we looked out for each other and stuck by one another. Not only that but we also encouraged each other to step up and help out with puzzles to the best of our abilities. Kar Hoong was very supportive,caring and vigilant. He ensured our safety and assured us that everything is clear and all right. Ziwei was attentive and strive to finish the task(even tho we had to call alot of times) I believe that everyone was actively participating and with great teamwork,we were able to solve challenges and support one another.
