My goal in life is to be a principal or a Vice principle of a school or child care center. I plan on being in school for some time because I would like to get my master, and doctors in Child Development and Administration.

I have always wanted to work with children and in my option I believe it one of my gifts. I wanted to originally wanted to be a teacher but realized I didn't want to be in a classroom for the rest. of my life, which isn't a problem. However I want to be able to make a bigger impact within a classroom or daycare. Being able to have ideas and actually have the power to make change for further children is my end goal.

Part II - Observation analysis

I really enjoyed this video because it's a Week In The Life of a younger assistant prince/ teacher. She does a great job at documenting what it takes to be a teacher and an assistant principal. I really enjoyed this video because I also really like her accent. She does a great job of explain also what is going on through her day. I learned that this field is going to take a lot of time and dedication. I also learned that there are so many resources for future teachers and priceless that can help. I also really like how she talks about her schooling and how she became an assistant principle. Even thought me becoming a principle is going to take a lot of time and hard work, I am ready to take that next step.

Part III - Review Chapter 13 - Reflections of Self section.

I am currently a junior in my undergrad year majoring in (CHAD) Child Adolescents & Development. I will then be going to grad school where I will further my education in Child Development but also looking into Administration for certain programs. I will then hopefully follow up with a Doctors Degree, potently being in charge of a school or Day Care. This research has opened my eye a lot and has shown me that I will need to leave some of my bad habits behind in order to succeed. For example Being on time is something I struggle with and my granny says if your early your non time and if your on time ur late. Procrastination is something I also struggle with and I will need to break that habit in order to help others and become the best women I can become for myself and the children I will work with. I currently work with children already so getting this expense makes it a lot better.
