Says that Adnan told him that he was going to kill Hae. They went to the mall on January 13 to go shopping for Jay's girlfriends birthday present. Adnan left Jay with his phone while he killed Hae and then called his phone from a Best Buy payphone to tell him he killed Hae and left her in the trunk of her own car. Drove her car to the 170 park n ride. Went to school so people would see him and not suspect him. Then went back to get her car later and buried her in Leakin Park.

Hae Min Lee

Hae Min Lee was supposed to pick up her cousin from pre-school on January 13, 1999 when she went missing. Her body was found in Linkin park on February 9th, 1999 by a maintenance guy who said he went into the woods to take a leak. Hae was strangled and 'buried' in the woods.

Claims she saw Adnan in the library and she wrote letters to him. Says she sat down next to Adnan in the library and they talked and her boyfriend saw her and got mad that she was talking to him. Got snowed in at her boyfriends house. School was closed the next two days. Talked for 20 minutes until her boyfriend picked her up and left at around 2:40.

-Prior criminal charges of streaking

- Story is sketchy since he found Haes body 127 feet into the woods and it's weird that he would go that far into the woods to pee and it was very hard to see her body in the ground and he noticed it.
