• Objective: Diagonal pass towards the ner and pass along the net before hitting over.

1) to maintain a rally both of us called out who was going to receive the first ball . We also indicated the direction of where we were going to hit the ball.

To keep the ball in play we ensure one person is at the front to cover the front court while the other is at the back to cover the back court.

2) we used the one bounce as it allowed us to have more time to move into position and help with the momentum.
