An abstract artist who is obsessed with dots and bright colors. She is called an Environment artist because she expands her art beyond the edges of a piece of paper or canvas. She loves to create artwork that surrounds the viewer. Here is a video about a group of kids visiting and looking at Kusama's artwork. It is really fun and shows the huge impact art has on kids. What kind of artwork can you create with dots or circles?

This is the best recipe I have found so far on how to make liquid chalk paint. It suggests using spray bottles but you can use paintbrushes to paint the sidewalk with this liquid chalk. The chalk paint will mold because cornstarch is a food product. The author mentions this in the article.

Liquid Chalk:
Ingredients:
Cornstarch
Food coloring
Water
Spray bottles (optional)
To a container of your choosing, add 1/3 cup of cornstarch. Add water until cornstarch is liquid and then add large amount of food coloring.

Remember when drawing your puppet you will only be able to see the outline around the shape if you want to see details like eyes or a mouth you will need to cut them out of the paper to let the light shine through. Here is an example of a shadow paper puppet. This puppeteer suggest card stock paper but any color paper will work, but a thicker paper will be better than thin paper.

If you have chalk at home and the weather is nice, go outside and create some chalk artwork on the concrete.
If you do not have chalk at home, try making chalk paint with materials found in your kitchen at home. Always ask an adult for help before using anything from the kitchen. I have attached a recipe website that should work well.

Try creating some positive messages that other people walking by would like to see. Maybe a positive quote or a creative picture! Have fun and be safe!
