-people making the decisions that impact kids removed from the work and reality of their experience

-Local churches and other orgs that have things in place, Angel Shelter, that allow homeless mothers to stay that have children--there are gov't orgs and private orgs that are thinking about these same things 

-Being able to personally volunteer 

- Zero tolerance discipline in school, especially in low-income schools. 

Confronting my own biases 

-Calling BS more often (in a nice, friendly way :-) 

-Low tolerance for "political correctness" (channeling my inner Congressman John Lewis, Tanehisi Coates and Maxine Waters)
