         <description><![CDATA[<p><mark>Ingredients</mark> </p><p><strong>Cookie dough</strong></p><p>- Butter 140g</p><p>- Eggs 80g</p><p>- Sugar 130g</p><p>- Wheat flour 280g</p><p>- Yeast 4g</p><p>- Carrot 70g</p><p>- Nuts 40g</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Cream cheese filling</strong></p><p>- Cream cheese 240g</p><p>- Snow sugar 20g</p><p><br/></p><p><mark>Instructions</mark></p><p>1. Make the cream cheese.</p><p>2. Reserve in balls and refrigerate.</p><p>3. Scratch the carrot.</p><p>4. Put the butter, add the sugar and beat.</p><p>6. Put the egg at room temperature.</p><p>7. Mix the dry ingredients.</p><p>8. Put the toppings (carrot and nuts).</p><p>9. Put the dough on plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.</p><p>10. Make a thin ball and cover with cheese.</p><p>11. Preheat the oven 10 minutes before to 250° and then bake for 20 minutes at 170º (depend on your over).</p>]]></description>
