1) Science: Since Climate Change Analysts work with the environment they have to know about laws of physics in order to understand the problem and come to a solution.
2) Mathematics and statistics: These lessons are a must in basically any job. Being able to solve mathematical problems you might come across in your life is essential. Also knowing how to make graphs can help someone to understand better the problem or come to a statement that can help solve the problem.
3)Chemistry: This subject plays a big role. Being able to understand the microcosm and what is happening there can lead to some pretty big conclusions of what is making our world change.
4)Computer Science: Knowing how to operate a computer is essential nowadays and it can really help when making research or making experiments. Having a computer holding your data or the results you might end up with is a big relief.
5)Resource Managment and Resource Conservation: These two side-subjects are helpful especially when focusing on the resources of our world and the effect they have to or from the climate change.

Climate Change Analysts' job can include creating models of the future word based on the data we have today. Making graphs and models of the future world can help predict the damage that will have been done to our world due to the climate change and help us prevent the problems certain parts of the world would have due to the ever increasing temperatures that will keep on rising causing drought and desertification.

More Here: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0140196396900993
