Interesting observation - The Sun is Also a Star

I noticed while I was reading this book that I was being like both Natasha and Daniel. I was being like them because I was also debating if fate and meant to be was real. When I first started reading I agreed with Natasha, that fate isn't real and people believe in it to make themselves feel better about themselves by thinking they were meant to be. As I continued in the book I noticed I was starting to believe in fate, like Daniel because the book shows everyone's point of view which shows how people affect other people's lives without even meaning to which leads people into each other. So my brain is just like their relationship and how they fight on the topic of fate.

As I've been reading I have noticed some things:
1. When Daniel's brother talks it is written with a period after each word. For example, "Little. Brother." I wonder how exactly he talks because it is an odd way for someone to talk (choppy) when he is supposed to be sneering and mocking. If someone was being like that he would want to act cool and smooth not choppy. I can't imagine it in my head, so I wonder how he would be in the movie.
2. Even though Natasha and Daniel don't agree they love each other. I wonder how they work out there differences because in the book they are just drawn to each other. They seem as though they would have problems making life decisions if they ever get married which could cause a divorce.

I think that the author split the chapters well. I believe this because each time the chapter changes the point of view changes and she probably planned it out, so it was perfect. I think it is perfect though because each tiny chapter shows the both characters personality well. It shows both because you can see the narrator's internal traits while you can see the other characters external traits. Even though I wonder what is going on in the other character's mind I think that the author had a purpose for splitting the chapters like that. Overall I think it was perfect.
