- doesn't really know what is nougat or how does a nougat is supposed to look like in terms of appearance or how is it made
- lack of innovation 

Solution: incorporating nougat into another food product, or add other elements into the process of making nougat by changing the entire outer appearance

- to reduce sweetness, could use sugar substitutes or use naturally sweet products as an ingredient  
- introduce more unique flavour combinations, can follow trends 

Problem : Texture too hard
- People find the texture too hard, but maybe its due to the air pockets in the nougat causing it to be hard 
Solution : 
- maybe type of storage can help with reducing hardness of texture, especially if it already gets it from air pockets/bubbles.
