They were all under in influence of drugs and alcohol. None of the river point boys will give us any information about that morning other than that they didn't do it. All the River Point boys conclude of Henry Carsil, Logan MCcullar, John Micheal, and Shepard Moore. They weather outside was cold because they were all wearing gloves and jackets. Kate noticed in all of their interviews they all said the same line, " the Remington was grants gun". All of them acted differently in there interviews but were all nervous about what was going to happen next. They all think if they just keep their month closed, and don't tell anybody anything, then they ill all be fine. But, in their case no can remember who was using the Remington last and the person who did it ill not confess up to it. But what they don't know is that Grant was on the phone when he was murdered.   • What are the laws for drinking age in Louisiana?- 21 years old. However, 18-20 year olds may consume alcohol in an alcoholic beverage outlet if they are accompanied by a parent, spouse, or legal guardian who is 21 years of age or older.
  • What are the possession laws for drugs in Louisiana- For first offenders, possession of 14 grams or less of marijuana is punishable by a fine of up to $300 and/or up to 15 days of imprisonment. For first offenders, possession of more than 14 grams but less than 2 ½ pounds of marijuana is punishable by a fine of up to $500 and/or up to 6 months of imprisonment.
  • What are the gun laws in Louisiana- Open carry of firearms in Louisiana is permitted without a permit, as long as the user is of at least 18 years of age and legally able to possess a firearm under state and federal law.
