Another way is dams. Beavers build dams out of mud, sticks/twigs, and stones. This decreases water in some parts of the river/creek, but it can also cause flooding.
  Another is coral reef. They do create habitats for other living organisms, but they can also be really bad. "Red tides is a sudden explosive growth of single-celled algae in coastal areas. Red tides can occur when nutrient-rich deep water gets brought to the surface after a storm. With so many nutrients in the water, the algae keep reproducing. The toxins produced by the algae can cause organisms that eat the algae, such as small fish, to die. This reduces the food energy available for predators who eat small fish."

Fires can take away homes and food rations. Can be caused by humans and mother nature.
The Industrialization of Cities or Buildings can take away habitats. But also add habitats for Humans
Natural Disasters are caused by Mother Nature and take away habitats and food rations. Can mend by Mother Nature.
Warfare is caused by humans and can cause destruction of food, habitats, land, for both humans and animals.
Invasive Species are caused by humans and can be good OR bad.
Viruses and Diseases can be carried by Humans or Mother Nature and can effect organisms, Nature, and Humans.
Global Warming causes destruction of Homes and Deaths of Animals and even Humans.
Chemicals Releases add chemicals to the air. Could be caused by Humans and Mother Nature.
Poaching and Over-hunting can decrease life and imbalance energy.
Imbalance in Energy can result in food being destroyed by humans and organisms.

7. Habitat destruction.Like man made buildings killing all the trees that the birds live in.
8.  An animal going extinct. say the wolf went extinct all of the grass eaters would thrive and eat all of the grass leaving none for the other animals that need some of the grass.  
9. An animal being taken away from its habitat.Say a(n) wolf the elk deer and bison would overpopulate. Therefore there would be no grass for the grasshopper so that would make the grasshopper population dwindle. Then the mice, and snakes, and the birds and so on.
