His company is community focused and has joined forces with the March of Dimes Foundation in ensuring that more than 15,000 OB/GYN practitioners receive educational materials on healthy infants and pregnancy. Terrell Herring also serves as an elder in his church and has been honored by the Big Brothers and Big Sisters for his volunteer activities on their behalf. He is also the author of the well-received book Marching Orders for Leadership Success: Inspired by My Hero Stonewall Jackson. Mr. Herring began his career with Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals and focused on hospital sales and training. He subsequently accepted executive positions with Solvay Pharmaceuticals and Noven Pharmaceuticals.
