Use Adobe Express for open ended/creative projects. For example I had them create something based on their "interview data"（they asked students the target question on an interview sheet). They didn't need to use all the data and could use the vocabulary to create something else like a "pet shop ad." This helps them to type out the new question or vocabulary while enhancing digital skills and creativity. They seem to enjoy the open choice. For example, students made advertisements for pet shops (when learning that question), graphs/tables about their interview data, "webpages", etc. They could pick any digital tool from Adobe Express to edit. It has worked well after the first day or two of new material since it's not a rather complex task like writing a letter. I can show examples during meeting.

With my Novice B class, I included the "hot seat" activity to review the topic and guiding questions. I found this activity very fun, and all the students were engaged. This way, they were able to review and feel more confident in their responses. I provided feedback as they practiced.

I used the Hot Seat activity today with my intermediate class. The students were in groups and had to ask one group member all the questions, then switch roles. Students gave me feedback that the activity helped them review for today's SWYK, especially since it's the weekend and they haven't had exposure to French for three days. The Hot Seat activity is an effective way to keep students engaged and help them actively recall information. The activity not only helped with review but also supported language retention.
