         <description><![CDATA[<div>pg (463-467)<br>-Sample space for an experiment or chance situation is the set of<br>all possible outcomes for that experiment. <br>-Event is a subset of sample space. <br>-Rolling a single die, drawing one colored chip from a<br>bag, or the occurrence of rain tomorrow are all examples of<br>one-event experiments. <br>-A two-event experiment is an experiment that requires two (or more) activities to determine an outcome.<br>-Area Models: The area approach is accessible to a range of learners, as it is less abstract than equations or tree diagrams. <br>-Dependent events occur when the second event depends on the result of the first.</div>]]></description>
