We need to decide what to wear for the performance. The group is working quite well together. Any concerns in music that we may have, we go over and solve them. Each day we have something to practice on at home: rhythms, counting, accidental notes. I'm glad I had this opportunity in which I was motivated to learn more, work socially and practice different songs. This experience added motivation in overcoming my challenges in music. Most important thing that this taught me was that having a loud, static tempo would really help while playing together. It's important to hear each other and hear where each individual part fits in. Next time I hope we will use a loud metronome and try to listen to the group playing not only our notes. Also it would be great to have someone just listen and help us stay together while playing. Our performance went as I expected it to go but could’ve been better. I also now feel more confident now that I didn't have another viola player with me. The performance went pretty well but not perfect. We all know that we could have done better but we were happy with our performance.  Night Shift and Gauntlet went very well but mussed up a little with toccatina. Cannon in D was almost perfect and there was sufficient vibrato. Were thinking about switching the song for something a little easier. We getting the hang of Night Shift and are playing our parts very well. To achieve my goal I plan to practice exercises which have different rhythms, notes, dynamics and bowing articulations.
