Stock spent the first seven years of his career on Wall Street before transitioning to mortgage lending. In 1999, Edward James Stock Jr. joined Dana Funding and, within 90 days, was leading the firm in funded originations. He sustained this success through the next six years and averaged over $75 million in residential loans per year. In 2006, Edward J. Stock joined Apex Mortgage and spent over a year as the manager of a branch that funded more than $125 million in residential loans. The following year, he joined Atlantic Home Capital as Executive Vice President of Business Development and continues to operate in that capacity today. Additionally, he serves as President and CEO of Atlantic Commercial Capital, which has facilitated loans and funded triple net lease deals for franchises and multifamily properties. Supplementing his mortgage career, Edward J. Stock is an experienced real estate investor who specializes in the fix-and-flip strategy of rehabilitating once-dilapidated properties to turn a profit. Since 2011, he has acquired and sold over $60 million in commercial and residential properties.
