Cillian Murphy-( by Ariel Diaz)

Born on May 25, 1976 in the city of Cork in Ireland from a family dedicated to teaching on the part of his father and mother, Murphy from a young age showed interest in music, especially in the rock genre, becoming a member of a band but due to lack of opportunities he began to study law at the Cork College University, which obtained a poor performance due to his lack of interest in the career but there he found where his interest in acting would begin in an adaptation of the play Clockwork Orange, given this he began with auditions and secondary developments in local works until he made a big leap and made his formal debut in 1996 in the play Disco Pigs. About the role, he said he was fascinated by the character's complexity and resemblance to him, as they were both "absolutely cocky and had nothing to lose."The success of the play led to a two-year tour throughout Europe, as well as Australia and Canada, forcing Murphy to drop out of university and his band. During one of the Disco Pigs shows, Murphy met an agent who offered him several film roles. Following the completion of the tour, he began appearing in several short and independent films. He subsequently began to gain recognition after starring in the film 28 Days Later (2002), in which he played Jim, a pandemic survivor. but the role that marked him with acclaim was in the interpretation of Dr. Jonathan Crane / The Scarecrow in the film Batman Begins (2005), which received positive reviews and grossed 373 million dollars at the box office. A fact about this is that he auditioned to play the main character Bruce Wayne but he knew he did not have the characteristics that the character required; he simply wanted to meet director Christopher Nolan; he already considered his fame and continued to stand out with incredible appearances in the film industry, until the day came where he would star in one of the roles most loved by Cillian himself and by fans. In 2013, he began starring in the series Peaky Blinders with the role of Thomas Shelby, the head of a family of Irish gangsters who terrorize Birmingham, Murphy was fascinated with the complexity and determination of the character after reading the script, which led him to insist on getting the role. Murphy convinced Knight after texting him, "Remember, I'm an actor," which prompted the director to consider casting an actor who was the complete opposite of the character. To play the character, Murphy would have to return to eating meat in order to gain muscle mass after more than fifteen years of living as a vegetarian. His performance received critical acclaim, highlighting his charisma and ability to make the character enigmatic, and was recognized with awards at the Irish Film & Television Awards and the National Television Awards. The series was equally acclaimed by experts and achieved high ratings on British television, extending for six seasons broadcast until 2022. He then collaborated for a sixth time with director Nolan by starring in the film Oppenheimer (2023), in which he played physicist Robert Oppenheimer, scientific director of the Manhattan Project, who developed the first nuclear weapons during World War II. His performance received critical acclaim, with critics calling it one of the best of his career and making Murphy a strong contender for the Best Actor Oscar, which he eventually won at the 2024 awards ceremony, as well as other awards including the Golden Globe, BAFTA, SAG and Satellite.

Murphy is often cited as one of the most private actors in the film industry, as he rarely discusses his private life in interviews. Despite his fame, he does not have a publicist, stylist or security detail. The actor has said that he is not interested in generating press and is generally uncomfortable at public events such as red carpets. Outside of his acting career, Murphy is also involved in activism. In 2007, he promoted the Irish general election among young people and worked with the Focus Ireland association to improve the protection of homeless people. In 2011, he became an ambassador for UNESCO to promote the protection and proper feeding of minors. In 2020, she raised funds and promoted the study of COVID-19.

Friedrich Fröbel (1782-1852) was a German educator who changed how we think about early childhood education. He's most famous for creating the first "kindergarten" – a place where young children could learn through play.

Key Ideas:

* Learning through play: Fröbel believed that play was the most important way for children to learn. He designed special toys and activities ("gifts") to help them explore and discover.

* Holistic development: He cared about children's overall growth – not just their minds, but also their bodies, emotions, and social skills.

* Self-activity: Fröbel encouraged children to be active learners, to follow their interests and learn at their own pace.

Why is he important?

Fröbel's ideas were revolutionary. Before him, young children were often seen as just small adults. He recognized that they had unique needs and ways of learning. His work influenced educators around the world, and many of his ideas are still used in kindergartens and preschools today.

Charles Robert Darwin (by Cinthya Amaguaña)

Charles Robert Darwin was born in Shrewsbury on 12 February 1809. He was the fifth of six children. His family was very interested in the study of nature and that is where his dream was born.

Since childhood, he had a great love for natural history. He liked to collect things like shells, stamps, coins, and minerals.

In 1825, Darwin entered the University of Edinburgh to study medicine. However, he was not interested in medicine, even though he learned many useful things. After some years, he and his father decided that he should study at Christ’s College in Cambridge to get a degree in Arts. During his time in Cambridge, he learned more about natural sciences, especially entomology (the study of insects).

He finished his studies in 1831 and was sure that he wanted to dedicate his life to studying nature. Inspired by the scientific voyages of Alexander von Humboldt, he realized he needed to travel and explore more. Soon, he got the opportunity to join a scientific mission on the HMS Beagle, a voyage that lasted five years and took him to South America, Africa, and Oceania.

During the voyage, Darwin studied and collected different marine and land species. He observed fossils, plants, and invertebrates. Year after year, and with many observations, he started to develop a new idea: a hypothesis about the origin of species.

His theory of evolution is based on important facts and conclusions. He said that each species produces many offspring, and if they all survive and reproduce, the population will grow. His ideas changed science and helped people understand how living things evolve over time.

Johnny Depp, whose full name is John Christopher Depp II, was born on June 9, 1963, in Owensboro, Kentucky, USA. He grew up in Florida, where his family moved frequently, making his childhood unstable. As a teenager, he developed a passion for music and dropped out of high school to pursue a career as a rock musician. He played in several bands, one of which, The Kids, gained some local success. However, his life took a turn when he moved to Los Angeles and met actor Nicolas Cage, who encouraged him to try acting. This decision led to his first film role in A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984), marking the beginning of his long and successful career in Hollywood.

Depp first gained widespread recognition in the late 1980s with the television series 21 Jump Street, where he played a young undercover cop. However, he soon became dissatisfied with mainstream roles and sought out more unconventional characters. His breakthrough came in 1990 when he starred in Tim Burton’s Edward Scissorhands, a film that established him as a versatile and unique actor. Over the years, he collaborated with Burton on several projects, including Sleepy Hollow (1999), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005), Corpse Bride (2005), Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007), and Alice in Wonderland (2010). These films showcased his ability to portray eccentric, deeply complex characters.

One of Depp’s most iconic roles is Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003) and its sequels. His portrayal of the quirky, unpredictable pirate became legendary, earning him critical acclaim and making him one of the highest-paid actors in Hollywood. Beyond his success in blockbuster films, he has also taken on diverse roles in movies such as Finding Neverland (2004), where he played J.M. Barrie, the creator of Peter Pan, and Public Enemies (2009), in which he portrayed the notorious bank robber John Dillinger.

Depp’s impact on cinema goes beyond just acting. He has challenged traditional ideas of Hollywood masculinity by embracing roles that highlight vulnerability, oddity, and deep emotion. His performances have inspired a new generation of actors to experiment with unconventional roles rather than conforming to industry stereotypes.
