Good day. I am Ivy, I just recently moved here to the town. I write this letter to express my dissatisfaction with your bus service. I am sorry to say but the service is very poor.

In my first week here in town, I noticed that there are only few busses specifically in our street. Almost all the time I ride the bus, many of us with my co-passengers are standing the whole trip. Another thing, the busses were not on time. I always waited 30-40 minutes. Other passengers were waiting for almost an hour. 

If you won't mind, I would suggest if possible to please add more busses to accommodate more passengers and please advise to be on time regularly. 

I hope I got your attention and I would appreciate your positive response. I am also hoping that I would see some improvement in the days to come.
