I think that the biggest challenge is to see each student as an indvidual and enable them to acquire and show knowledge in a way that suits them best. ICT makes dynamic changes in society. It is influencing all aspects of life. The influences are felt more and more at schools. Because ICT provides both students and teachers with more opportunities in adapting learning, teaching and managing the individual needs. Convincing my colleagues to implement it in their classes is the biggest challenge in my school. It's a team's work no one teacher's, and the main problem is when the head teacher is not ready to "change". The moto use to be "stay in your confort area"; this way it's very difficult to change.

As others colleagues had already said, in my opinion the main difficult is convincing other teachers to learn and use ICT in their classes. Sometimes it is very difficult. Inspired by this MOOC, with the help of two other teachers in my school I am running a series of lectures for teachers to present and discuss some tools that everyone can implement and adapt in his/her classes with little effort.
I hope that it can be a good starting point for developing ICT knowledge.

some coleagues are old and it is difficult for them, some believe in old method or bad approach to new technologies, or some of them are not ready to change methods, even not extra paid for us, managing computers work takes a planty time too, sometimes if teacher let pupils use mobile phone in education process it becomes upside down, social networks also disturb learning process,and sometimes exposed greedy and selfishnes are also bad manners in our activities

Teachers are becoming more aware of different problems students are facing. As ICT administrators one can suggest small but practical changes that can be done by teachers that are not so time consuming. Sometimes it is just doing some slight changes to the resources they already have. There is one saying in our people in Serbia: "Whoever wants to find a way, who will not - find an excuse". Any integration of new methods is difficult, but if every one of us does as much as we can, it is a great shift in the whole. Ιn my schools we have integration classes for students in difficulties as well parallel support with dedicated teachers in classes . So the need to diversify our teaching is a reality . But unfortunately most teachers don't even follow the instruction given by the teachers of special education . They just don;t want to change the way they are teachingb (especially the older ones ) So implementing UDL to those teachers (which are very low and negative to digital skills) is a dream .

The problems are different. Or there is a lack of money to equip the school as we like or some teachers who do not want to change because they are a bit older and want to do the same methods as they used to until their retirement. I believe that technology could only improve the teaching process and greatly facilitate the teacher's preparation of material or communication with students, parents. Only basic training is needed to teach the teachers about the novelties and later explore the many opportunities by themselves.

At university, when we are studying to be teachers, we learn about UDS (at least at my university we did). We maybe don't use the term "UDS", but we all know the principles and we know it's important. We all learn about students with special needs and that every one of them is an individual. In the video were some very useful advices given.
What happens one day in real life and at a real school is a different story. Many teachers (not just the older ones, but mostly the older ones) simply do it traditionally, with frontal-instructions, treating all students equal, because this is the easiest way for them. Sadly, I think not all teachers and principals in my country would accept UDL because it's more work. Changes happen slowly because some teachers refuse to change.

ICT administrators must to educate all the teachers of their schools. Publishers should also make digital teaching materials. It's a great job that requires cooperation all together. I'm using UDL like teacher (I teach IT in one school). My knowledge of how an ICT administrator helps me get better lessons. Other teachers are asking me for tips on how to improve documents or presentations, as well as advising them on a variety of issues about technology and applications. It's not the matter of using ICT for UDL, but to be competent enough in making the right decision for choosing the appropriate tool (and methods, to achieve the educational goals). Fortunately, as of this year, we have our "own" special education teacher, for students with special needs - she helps us adapt our curriculum according to their individual needs.

Well this is depends on the disability or the special need you face to; because there are differents ways to afford it. Here in my region we can count with the help of special teachers who are trained for this. ICT can defintely make UDL easier, but the same old problems persist, resistance to curriculum changes and resistance to using new technologies... I believe ICT would certainly help with UDL implementation. However the complexities and dynamic of "older" and "new" teachers approach and training backgrounds would be very challenging. Its more a process that would have to be phased in over time and with continuous CPD and ICT support for teachers.

Every teacher is creating their own educationals materials, so the ICT administrator has nothing to do with it (except friendly advice). If needed, it is not difficult to install on several computers some software that will help disadvantaged students, for now we did not have such a need. If I was an ICT admin trying to introduce UDL in my school I think the major problem i would face at the beginning would be unwillingness to change. It is often very difficult to change people's mind on things, and I am not saying that most teachers don't want changes, but I think they are afraid of unknown, plus there's still huge gap in tech skills needed to use any technology in a classroom.
