Sometimes it is very difficult. Inspired by this MOOC, with the help of two other teachers in my school I am running a series of lectures for teachers to present and discuss some tools that everyone can implement and adapt in his/her classes with little effort.<br>I hope that it can be a good starting point for developing ICT knowledge.</div>]]></description>

So the need to diversify our teaching is a reality . But unfortunately most teachers don't even follow the instruction given by the teachers of special education . They just don;t want to change the way they are teachingb (especially the older ones ) So implementing UDL to those teachers (which are very low and negative to digital skills) is a dream .</div>]]></description>

Or there is a lack of money to equip the school as we like or&nbsp; some teachers who do not want to change because they are&nbsp; a bit older and want to do the same methods as they used to until their retirement. I believe that technology could only improve the teaching process and greatly facilitate the teacher's preparation of material or communication with students, parents. Only basic training is needed to teach the teachers about the novelties and later explore the many opportunities by themselves.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>At university, when we are studying to be teachers,&nbsp; we learn about UDS (at least at my university we did). We maybe don't use the term "UDS", but we all know the principles and we know it's important. We all learn about students with special needs and that every one of them is an individual. In the video were some very useful advices given.<br>What happens one day in real life and at a real school is a different story. Many teachers (not just the older ones, but mostly the older ones) simply do it traditionally, with frontal-instructions, treating all students equal, because this is the easiest way for them. Sadly, I think not all teachers and principals in my country would accept UDL because it's more work. Changes happen slowly because some teachers refuse to change.</div>]]></description>

It is often very difficult to change people's mind on things, and I am not saying that most teachers don't want changes, but I think they are afraid of unknown, plus there's still huge gap in tech skills needed to use any technology in a classroom.</div>]]></description>
