According to this medical history report, Anna was found to have high blood pressure as she is in hypertension stage 1. Anna was also found to have blockage in the left anterior descending coronary artery. On top of this, sligh regurgitation was  found in the mitral valve from the echocardiogram.

4.1.2 Autopsy Report
The Autopsy Report shows evidence of statins: Vasotec (hypertension medicine) Anna has a high blood glucose levels with a level of 280 mg/dL. The internal examination shows that she had a concentric left ventricular hypertrophy and a mild mitral prolapse. There is also a stent present in the left anterior descending coronary artery and the right coronary artery is 80% occluded. On top of this there is also narrowing in the renal and cerebral arteries which supply blood to the brain and the heart.

4.3.1 Medical History
In this medical history document, it is found that she has a family history of hypercholesterolemia. On top of that Anna carries the gene, and she has hypercholesterolemia. Recommendations for Anna were included such as taking medation, and eating foods with lower fat and cholesterol, in order to lower her high LDL level of 243 mg/dL and cholesterol level of 389 mg/dL.

(Urinary Tract Infection) In this case, the UTI that she has can result into Sepsis. In the previous 3.1.2 Autopsy Report, it stated that she complained about her difficulties in breathing, and a faster heart beat than usual. Difficulties in breathe, and fast heart beat, are two common symptoms of Sepsis. If ventricular fibrillation occurs it may lead to death. Hydroxyurea is a medicated drug that Anna took, where it states in her sickle cell diary.
