"My lowest depth of misery has to be when I was put on a medication in an attempt to control my anxiety.  The issue with this is that it had the side effect of putting me into a depression.  My worst memories come from late at night while I was unable to sleep and I remember vividly screaming into a pillow just so hopeless about everything.  I think it was this time that gave me my hatred of seeing people refuse to help themselves, my stigma against anyone who may be faking such a thing, my extreme reluctance to take any kind of medication that may influence me, even if it be just to help me sleep such as Melatonin, and finally my will to get rid of my anxiety on my own, taking speech classes just to force myself to cope."
